Updated unit, nicely decorated and equipped. New Plank flooring in all bedrooms. The layout has a nice cottage feel when you walk in the door. Enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom, living room and kitchen each with large sliding glass doors onto the spacious balcony.
Kitchen remodeled in 2020. Ocean views from window over the sink and sliding door to balcony. Well equipped including; blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot. Ample supply of dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils. Counter height bar area with 2 stools for casual eating.
Dining area has table for 6 to 8 people.
Living area has sleeper sofa and love seat. 50″ flat screen Roku TV with DVD player. Some DVDs and games are provided. WiFi included!
Primary bedroom has attached bathroom with shower. Newly remodeled in 2025. King size bed and 32″ flat screen TV. Large sliding glass door to oceanfront balcony. Ceiling fan. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.
For the other 2 bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds and the other a queen size bed. Ceiling fans in both rooms. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.
Large second bathroom, connects directly to twin bedroom and hall access also.
Washer and dryer.
Being on the second floor there is easy access by stairs as well as elevator.
During peak seasons, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4 PM and
Checkout at 10 AM.
Refundable damage deposit is required.
Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided.
